Irina, that is Irish not Dutch, St. Patrick is the patron saint of Ireland and Irish people and those of Irish origin all over the world celebrate by drinking lots of Guinness and (especially in New York) wearing green/shamrocks, and if they are lucky, with some Irish music as well! I'm not Irish myself, although my father's family was, and I have lots of Irish friends.
Et oui, bien sûr que je parle français - et malheureusement pas beaucoup de néerlandais, bien que je me débrouille (plus ou moins) en cas de besoin.
