I've just realised that as this happens every 2 years in Brussels, and started in an even year (when Brussels was "European Capital of Culture" - albeit with 7 or 8 other cities - in 2000), it occurs in the same years as the August Flower Carpet in the Grand' Place; you would have thought if a city has 2 biannual events, it would be a good idea to alternate them

Finding Nemo

Thought I had found Nemo but it seems I was thinking of Dory, and on looking for the poster I could have sworn I remembered, for comparison, I can't find the image I had in mind!
